For the most part the staff are friendly and professional. On occasion some of the staff have come across rude and arrogant, I understand a lot of your staff are from overseas and do not understand the way you speak to people is very important in Australia, manners in particular are valuable. I feel having somebody tell them what is required before they start would help them comunicate in appropriate way, so costumers experience a better quality of the service.July 28, 2016
